MOTORING ASSISTANCE

Emergency Towing Assistance- Will arrange and pay for the transport of the vehicle to the Insured’s preferred shop or her residence after an accident due to vehicle breakdown. A maximum of 3 events for mechanical breakdown and unlimited event for accidents up to an agreed limit of P 4,500.00.
Minor On-site Repairs Assistance- Unlimited event for immediate minor repair such as changing of tires, boosting of battery, jump starting of vehicle, unlocking of vehicle, oil & fuel delivery, etc. with maximum payable of P 1,200.00.
Vehicle Removal- Free vehicle removal service to a maximum of 3 events, in an accident where the vehicle is completely immobilized or has fallen into a ravine up an agreed amount of P 10,000.00.

PERSONAL SERVICES

Courtesy Car – A replacement car is provided when yours is under repair with a maximum of 2 accidents in any 1-year insurance. (please read courtesy car terms and conditions.)

Alternative Transport & Hotel Accommodation Assistance- With a maximum of 3 events per year if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 4 hours from the time of breakdown, we’ll provide alternate means of transportation. On the otherhand, if the vehicle cannot be repaired within 24 hours, free hotel stay up to P 4,000.00 to a maximum of 3 events for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights.

Emergency Message Assistance & critical Information Referral- Unlimited event in transmitting urgent messages related to the vehicle breakdown or accident to your family. Plus, we provide location and contact information of nearest hospitals, accredited vehicle garages, and adjusters.

Mediphone Assistance- 24-hour medical advice over the phone for medical emergencies.

Traffic Updates- Provides traffic situations within Metro Manila.

Road Directions- Recommend routes to the Insured inquiring about his intended destination.

Claims Procedures Assistance- Assistance for your insurance claims inquiry on the requirements and information on how to file a claim.

Motorcar Registration Assistance- Free assistance on yearly LTO car registration, call 813-7465 to arrange pick-up of requirements and vehicle stencil.

Home Assistance Referral Program- Such as locksmith, pest control, home movers, plumbing, electrical and home appliance repair assistance.

PROTECTION SERVICES

Security Assistance- If there is an impending threat; will guide you to the nearest police station or coordinate with the police to aid your safety.
Carnapping Assistance- Assists in coordinating with the proper authorities to possibly trace the lost vehicle and also inform the insurance company.
